"This restaurant is recommended in the Michelin Guide with two red forks. Admittedly it has no star, but this is a region in France with very few starred restaurants. We spent 3 weeks in the region and went to many restaurants, including most of the ones recommended by the Michelin Guide and it was really interesting because it demonstrated how bad the Michelin Guide is.This restaurant was particularly poor, and also extremely pretentious, Michelin style. The pretentiousness would not be a problem as such, but what was weird was the extremely unprofessional service, in combination with weird techniques used in the kitchen.
