In early July we brought our 3 teens to the table of alfals. We were installed on a large round table in a very beautiful courtyard. My companion took lobster on the map our children and I from the menus. To start is the first time our children eat fish and love it! cooking is perfect sauces are really to be discovered. on each dish they delighted us. The kitchen is subtle, we spent a wonderful time. service was very pleasant, smiling, simple and effective. Thank you for this beautiful evening of culinary pleasure in this setting. It was beautiful. It is an experience that we renew to this address and that we will renew again!
Vi bodde på Maison d'Uzes. I utgangspunktet frister ikke en hotellrestaurant. Man da vi fikk høre at restauranten hadde stjerne i Michelin-guiden og så den nydelige bakgården, var valget enkelt. Restauranten skuffet ikke. Prima service, ikke påtrengende, men vennlig og oppmerksom, og mat som var en nytelse både for øyet og ganen. Restauranten var like bra som hotellet. Dette er et utrolig flott sted som anbefales på det varmeste. Prisen var også å leve med ut fra hva vi fikk.
we were 5 and not the same budget, so we took all the menu at 29€ . very good value quality price for a starry, fresh and original entrance , a cooked fish to point , a very good dessert plus a glass of very good wine. Of course personally I would have preferred to take the menu above 59€ that of course has nothing to see, I will quickly do it by inviting my little woman .de plus the small summer patio is very pleasant and a very professional and very efficient service.
we arrived by chance to find this beautiful special hotel, we were interpelled by the atypical side of the place. a bucolic setting in the middle of the uzès with a nice patio. we decided to have lunch on site with a menu at 29€ in a star, the opportunity was too beautiful. a lunch full of flavors and originality, a attentive but not omnipresent service. We found an address for our next walks in the alfge.

we were at lunchtime and have sat wonderfully in the patio.We had 2 x menu for 84 euro and 2 x for 59 euro additionally we had the appropriate wine accompaniment.The eating was really excellent, the wine accompaniment was so la......Leider was the whole saddened by the extremely bad service.Man has not given himself any effort and this is really sad for the good kitchen.
top eat, unfortunately very poor service. neither friendly nor were mistakes nicely balanced. Also the weinbegleitung was disappointing.It was briefly rabbled down to what a wein it is, it was never even bottled and the label refreshed around was the service really disappointing that is really a pity for the very good kitchen.
Inspiration menu. Entrance: fish just caught and tomato sorbet. a lightness and a freshness that fit very well with strong heat. flat : cooked bull to point. a treat even for someone who doesn't like meat too much. summer dessert around the nursery. A very nice dinner in a garden setting . The food and service is good, but not great or memorable. it is however a very relaxed and comfortable environment .

In pretty inner courtyards, the service is there. refined cuisine too. no false note for our meal. a mention for the redesigned lemon pie.
