Are we really objective? year after year, we find ourselves, every summer to taste, in the light of oil lamps (hey, there are still places without electricity). a gigot cooked in the fireplace, rosé à coeur, with a creamy dauphinois gratin to be desired. The hosts are always as friendly, the other tabs are visibly mostly regulars and the descent in the dark night to the cervids, with the look of chamois or deer is a magical moment. So we wait for next summer to renew what reveals an out-of-time experience, but which can not be suitable for a clientele attached to more traditional criteria.
