When it is that the mistral of November blows, that you are to jeun and that the day is long (rally of the var), this place has appeared to us as an oasis in the Siberian desert! a hot drink and a pastry served by polished vendors have shook and boosted us! and the bread in its small wooden box proved very good. I can't come back. Too bad, I'll have it back!
I stopped by as I was advised by a friend that they make great local dessert pastry named by Brigitte Bardot herself. La tarte Tropezienne is basically brioche filled with creme and available also with different fruits accompanying the creme. They come in different sizes and taste really nice! Indulge yourself.
Superb selection of bread and cakes to tempt the passers by! Its namesake tarte tropezienne is a heady concoction of sponge and cream...no calories! Lovely bread of various varieties , quiches, sandwiches etc....hard to beat for quality and price....and the position in town!
Even if you don't try your first Tarte Tropizenne here you must try one! This shop is always busy and for good reason their Tartes are simply the best. With either raspberry or strawberry these big cream buns are exquisite. Treat yourself! Book a table now
Éviter le pain du soir. Il n’hésite pas à vous passer le pain dur !!! C’est pas cool. Mais il n’y a pas de petits profits… et il ne se trompe pas pour le proposer aux bonnes personnes. Dommage !
Great place to buy your Bread, croissants in the morning. Its open all day to be able to pick up a lunch snack or a pastry dessert for the evening. totally yummy
Went there 6:30 when they opened and bought a loaf pain au levain . It was amazing. I couldn 't stop eating and all of a sudden the loaf was gone. Thanks!
