La Taverna - Table reservation

La Taverna was our first meal in Can Picafort. The food was fabulous and very tasty. I had a bolognaise pizza and my daughter had lasagne. Both were freshly made and tasted delicious. Lovely quiet area away from the strip so a nice relaxing atmosphere with very little noise. We dined at about 7:30 pm and there were plenty of tables, however, by the time we left at around 9:30 it was pretty full. To get a good table, I recommend arriving around 7:30 to 8pm, you can always have a few drinks before eating if you prefer to eat later. I was pleasantly surprised by the bill. I knew what the cost of the food was, but we also had ice creams and a few drinks. The total was a lot less than I expected....

Just wanted to say how helpful the chef was yesterday at dealing with my daughters nut allergies. We stopped in last night for a quick take away pizza and showed the staff our daughters allergy card. This is our first holiday abroad so we are a bit anxious when eating out. The staff/chef went out their way to go over everything that was in the ingredients, from the oil to the dough. We want to make sure they knew how much we appreciated them doing this. The pizza was absolutely delicious and to know it was safe for our daughter made it even more so. Thanks so much again to the restaurant for going above and beyond!!!! Definitely recommended

This is a lovely Italian pizzeria. Staff friendly and attentive. Very reasonably priced. Plenty of options, but just pizza, and delicious food. Lovely and clean throughout. One toilet, again lovely and clean, with free sanitary products.

Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and amazing food. Really clean. Would definitely recommend. Need to walk towards end of town but we'll worth it.
