La Taverna once was our tribal. It has been doing a lot of things in human terms since summer 2009, unfortunately not to the positive. A popular waitress announced that she wanted to work at her home-made father-in-law and the very popular waiter Angelo also left the restaurant. Unfortunately, it depends on who serves. The owner couple is still very friendly and accommodating. A waiter who has been hired since summer, however, is totally out of place. He has so his problems with the words Please thank good appetite etc.
A nice Italian restaurant with a nice outdoor seating area. Next to pizzas and pastas, they also serve salads and meat dishes. We went here for diner and had different types of scaloppines (schnizel). The quality of the food is good, so is the value...for money. Service is friendly, so a recommendable place in Düren for lunch and diner.

Die Pizza war super lecker. Etwas wenig Variationen, aber man konnte flexibel zwischen Wunschzutaten auswählen. Es war ein nettes Ambiente, allerdings hatte man zu später Stunde (ca. ab 21 Uhr) das Gefühl, dass man doch bitte nicht mehr so lange sitzen bleiben sollte. Ansonsten aber zu empfehlen.

We visited this restaurant last week whilst passing through Duren. It was the busiest restaurant around, and we found out why! Food was superb and service was charming. The menu is Italian and there is plenty of variety in what is offered. We were very...happy with our visit.
Vom Eindruck eher gutbürgerlich aber günstig und sehr lecker! Dabei urgemütlich und ein sehr nettes Personal! Man merkt, dass es ein inhabergeführtes Restaurant ist, die das selbst aufgebaut haben und mit Leib und Seele führen!
Good Italian food, fresh, well prepared and great wine to match! The child pizza was made according to the wishes of the child and a size that could be managed!
I was eat lot of pizzas in my life and this one is very good. The personal is good and friendly and I can recommend to everyone.
