service frolves amateurism (the waitress did not know the day entrance, the dish, or the dessert). we had taken two menus of the day with dish and dessert. We had a burgundy beef probably made home but warmed up to the micro wave. Too bad. then the time of dessert, we were offered a chocolate melt or a white cheese. We had opted for white cheese, and then we noticed that the waitress offers to locals, who also took the formula of the day, a mistled cream in dessert.
