It is like a pizza, but the crust is ultra thin and crisp and not round but oblong in shape I had the onion, mushroom, ham and cheese Flamkuchen and a glass of the local Alsace Pinot Gris. On recommendation of ChatGTP we went to taverne du mineur. Recently reopend and now called Taverne du vif d'argent. Great, lovely people with lovely food as well. The cuisine is mostly local with a kids menu as well. They are fast and the food is great. Lots of dessert options which is an plus for me. The ice cream is sublime
