We happened upon this lovely little bar and one quick beer turned into (each). Astonished to find the blonde French' girls were actually Scottish and we had a great couple of hours chatting and admiring the beautiful environs and watching brides get photographed...BEFORE their big day. Didn't eat this time but will do on the way home, great place, lovely hostesses, moreish beer!

We visited for lunch . Sat outside on the lovely terrace looking at the view of the village. The sandwiches we had were very high quality and served by the friendliest of staff. There is an area at the back with kids toys which kept...them happy as well while the adults enjoyed the atmosphere this place has. Great to have a chat with Jen the owner who was so friendly.

After an early morning walk around the village it was great to relax over coffee in this mots welcoming cafe. The owner was happy to chat and accommodate our attempts at speaking French. We even had a visit from Le Maire who told us about...the village and even went to get us some literature. If you are near by please go along, you won't be disappointed.

We visited on a very rainy cold day in October. Had lovely hot chocolates and cake following a wet walk through the village and down to the river. Very warmly welcomed by the Scottish owner who we had a nice chat with while our old loved playing with the toys in the back room.
