Fantastic riverside location. Gloriously hot evening and nothing better than eating on an outside terrace overlooking a lovely, peaceful river. Extensive menu with considerable choice and options to satisfy a number of budgets. The food is 'homely ' and well-presented and the service is excellent. My filet steak was super; as was my partner 's duck dish. I had a five course dinner for about £20. Very difficult to fault. Unfortunately I shall be leaving this area of France very soon and will not have a chance to return, but cannot recommend highly enough.
We found La Terrasse by accident last June (2015) while travelling home from Spain. We called again this year and were not disappointed. The food is good, and excellent value. The restaurant has a terrace with a lovely river view. The staff were friendly and very patient with our almost non existent French. A (tongue in cheek) warning, the locals are hot house plants they sat in coats and scarves, while we sat by an open door in lightweight holiday clothes! :o)
This is a locals place. They have two dining rooms, one at the front with a bar and one at the back with wonderful bay windows opening onto the terrasse and with views of the river. There are fixed menus and a la carte option, a good wine list. All the food is prepared on the premises by a chef who is sadly longing to retire and hoping to get someone new to carry on with the business. The staff are super friendly. Very recommended.

Les menus sont complets avec potage, entrées, plats et légumes, fromages et desserts. 3 menus disponibles à des prix abordables, et des plats disponibles à la carte également. Les repas sont copieux. Des produits de qualités, une salle et une terrasse sympathique. Rien à redire sur le service. Je recommande ce restaurant.
