went to lamastre and was disappointed, everything seemed closed or just pizza. we wanted to eat local food. we decided to return to tournon. I had noticed an ad for this restaurant and we followed the signs from the main road to the village. it was nice, quiet, fast service, good price and local kitchen. wein was excellent. personal very friendly and nice. we'll be here next time.
Dans cette région des côtes du Rhône, par une belle journée , le groupe dans lequel nous étions s'est retrouvé dans ce restaurant avec terrasse sous tonnelle et grande salle où nous avons savouré un déjeuner complet avec des produits de la région maitrisés en cuisine. On ne peut que le conseiller quand une escapade est prévue dans ce coin avec l'hébergement en hôtel rattaché.
If you are in Lamastre then go here for a meal. This is our second visit to Lamastre as we have family near by. We use this more often than any other place to eat. It is not high end food, but it is more than compensated by the great friendliness of the owner and staff and the well cooked food. A 'must go' place if you are in the area.

So accommodating so friendly and efficient - these qualities can sometimes be rare in France. The food was to a very good standard, value for money. Drinks were also priced fairly. Thanks to the owner and his caring staff we were treated like family.
