During my recent visit to La Terrasse du Ter, I was absolutely delighted by the Inspiration menu. Each dish was a delight for taste buds, beautifully prepared and presented. The large shrimp marinated with spices with their vegetable wok and coconut emulsion were tasty and perfectly seasoned. The bar net with curcuma arancini and its carrot mousseline with orange butter and chorizo was also exquisite. The highlight of the show was dessert: a ravioli of pineapples with creamy milk, citrus supremes and yogurt sorbet. It was a balanced mix of flavors, with the sorbet that delicately contrasted with citrus fruit, while pineapple brought a subtle softness and rice to milk a fantastic creamy touch...
We came for brunch (given card). Really a nice discovery with the sun of October and the view of the Ter from the terrace. The dishes are varied and it is difficult to make a choice in all these proposals. We have enjoyed both bacon and oysters without forgetting the rougail and the crumble with chestnut honey and pecan nuts. Special mention to staff and Lorenzo who is very helpful and attentive. We will come back and recommend you.

Grande variété de viennoiseries, pancake, et autres, .. beau choix d’entrées .. huîtres, crevettes, saumon fumé, charcuterie, salades.. 2 plats chauds, plateau de fromages et beaux desserts .. pour35€ par personne.. Nous y reviendrons
Hotel very well placed Clean rooms, with a nice view. Restaurant with outstanding value for money (bravo chef ! A varied breakfast. Pool area and relaxation calm and well maintained. Brittany is well represented to the water we drink. We are delighted with our stay.
