This fort is the history of the city, it was built in 1884 by engineer Francisco Roldán to defend Melilla. I currently believe that it cannot be visited as there is an association for the pigeon.
I lived in this fortress for eight months in 1994. Here was the topographic section of the army in Melilla. I was here in my military service. The five stars are for my memories of these days.
