If you're in the area definitely look for this place. It's easy to miss because it's in a sea of outdoor restaurants but it's not the average anything. If you're tired of moules frites try the mussels here: they are served in a pan with charred pine needles, weird but delicious. They give you a bottle of infused olive oil that's the essence of Provence-fragrant and flavorful. Read the reviews and intrigued by the mussels. Very helpful staff - the first time we tried they were full so booked for the following night. They made sure we had a good table. They coped with various allergy issues, such as a son who is allergic to fish. The mussels were really superb and put the moules frites joints round the corner to shame. The only slight reservation was that the fish soup had a lot of salmon in it. Perhaps not an issue for some but we live in Scotland.

This lunch has been an excellent experience. Excellent food, excellent wine and excellent service. I strongly recommend the smoked mussels "(moules à l'esclade)" either as an appetizer or as a main course and the fish of the day (usually cooked "à la barigoule" - which is a preparation with artichoke and is amazing).

Charming restaurant with super service and a delicious menu. Smoked mussels were amazing, and my Wife's salmon delicious. The house wine was fine, and the final Williamine granite was wonderful. Highly recommended.
