There is a restaurant opening in the evening with another menue as the bar which is also open during the day. So I can only tell about the bar which only offers some tapas,nothing is labeled vegetarian or vegan. When you ask the staff about the vegan options he recommended gazpacho, padron peppers and the fried aubergine but he also pointed to the crayfish what is of course not even vegetarien. So I -again- wasn 't sure if he really knows what vegano means..(in Spain they seem to mix the words vegan and vegetarian quite often on menues. Muy buen sitio, vistas espectaculares. Tienen muchas alternativas vegetarina y vegana, muy recomendable la Paella Vegana (de verduras de toda la vida). Personal muy amable y atento

Gazpacho was great, but I would avoid the Aubergine, because it really is just broken.
