Investigating the side streets near the Malagueta beach we came across this little restaurant and thought that on a cloudy Sunday lunchtime we would make a change from our usual choice of fish restaurants and eat inside. A good decision. We shared a light and nicely dressed and seasoned starter of octopus and advocado salad (they intially tried to charge us for two portions but speedily corrected the error). I then had a delicious oxtail stew and my companion a solomillo (fillet steak) that she described as one of the best steaks she had tasted. All washed down with a couple of glasses of nice wine. Great find! Small Spanish menu with English speaking waiter and chef who described items to us and recommended dishes that they thought we would like. The food was excellent and the head chef came out to ask us how we would like certain items cooked. Felt very personal and friendly and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic Spanish dinner!

La comida está muy buena pero sales con un olor a comida muy desagradable que se queda en la ropa y el pelo. Deberían solucionar el problema de la extracción de humos
