La Trattoria - Table reservation

I read the positive reviews ... .I wonder if I went to the same place. an endless waiting while the room is not even full ... and when finally the pizzas arrive ... the pate is barely cooked and the filling idem .. and almost cold. and without any excuse from the waitress. A tourist catch certainly. the kind of place where your opinion doesn't count and that doesn't at all seek to loyalty its customers.
