first of all a great bravo for the service: the team is warm and adapts to the demand (especial diet). the frame is welcoming, the wood and warm colors dominate and we are surrounded by authentic Italian products available for sale (a trattoria by definition)!. the chef cooks directly behind his counter, so shows complete transparency. dishes are excellent, fresh and quality products: crunchy or melting seasonal vegetables, import wines and fresh homemade pasta. buffet formula , choice between 2 dishes of the day, take-away sale or special order, everything is possible. at the turn of a stop in a town in bresse, we discovered the trattoria. The welcome is kind. our two children were taken care of by the Italian chef who offered them pasta to the bologna served quickly not to wait.
