Run! Ensign usurped! Tagged by the reputation of the Tropezian bakery , we bought 3 tropeziennes thinking we'd enjoy. And surprise the quality was not at the rendezvous, the brioche part was almost dry and the cream inside, a vulgar Chantilly of poor quality! We would have had to mistrust ourselves more, indeed, at the time of payment we saw too late colonies of flies on the Viennese, and the misaddress of the waitress who apparently started. We knew later that the former owners were no longer active and that this bakery was currently working with the shop window, the names of the latter, and the rewards they had acquired by their work. Nothing to do with what we found!! The new owner appare...
I bought this morning a piece of tropezian and she was excellent! 1 or 2 years ago, the quality was no longer at all at the rdv, nor the visual. And there were very few pastries presented and poor employees. The shop was bought at the end of 2021 and the recipe of Mr.Arnaud's tropezienne as well. We finally find the quality before. MERCI

Ne vous inquiétez pas, elle parait grosse, volumineuse, étouffante, mais il n'en ai rien. C'est tout le contraire. Elle est très très légère. C'est simplement Excellent même à la fin d'un gros repas.

Pour ma part ce fut les meilleurs tropeziennes que j'ai connu mais je ne vois pas l'intérêt de le référencer comme restaurant alors que c'est une boulangerie
