As restaurants go the veranda is pretty old-fashioned, but hard to beat. What is not to like over a period of dining room, with place, sensitive service and strong table linen overlooking the lake. The menu, while not extensive (most Swiss restaurant offer limited choice), was intresting, with a small selection of meat and fish dishes. We enjoyed our autumn nuts Voloute, pan roast frois grass, scallops and fillet de perche (big French pommes). The food quality is good and the flavors are not too much specified. We appreciate the efficient and friendly service. A pleasant culinary experience.
