I walked in and went straight to the online sign, but no one acknowledged me—no greeting or even a "Someone will be right with you." Eventually, another customer who was sitting down got up and approached me, asking if I had ordered online. I confirmed I did, but she only inquired about whether I wanted salsa. They used to be much friendlier and had better customer service. I ordered two Super Burritos, which came without guacamole and sour cream, along with one more Super Burrito. Honestly, the food quality has declined significantly; it used to be much better.
I visited this Taqueria recently and was impressed by its spacious interior flooded with sunlight, thanks to huge glass windows. The food was delicious and served promptly. The prices were very reasonable, and there was plenty of parking available. The restaurant was extremely clean, both inside and outside, giving off a brand new appearance. The service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. I love La Vic's!!! Ever since I realized they had a spot in Hayward I was all for it. Especially this visit after a long day of work and driving home from Walnut Creek, everything closed after 10 pm so who else is open? La Vic's of course!! That orange sauce is always a classic but that night I ordered a lengua super burrito, lengua quesadilla and a guava pineapple agua fresca. Delicious and refreshing to say the least!!!
One of the best Mexican restaurants in Hayward. The food was worth the stop and money. Initially i didn’t expect much from this place as it was too fancy but their food is even more delicious than what I was hoping.Their service was super amicable and fastOverall I am down to visit this place anytime again

Vegetarian options: The carne asada crispy tacos are amazing, and their carne asada fries are simply spectacular. I highly recommend this taqueria! Parking: Be prepared to be patient, as this restaurant tends to be quite busy.
