we recently visited la vienne tearoom and what an absolute joy it was! we had seen it online before we left and knew that we were for some beautiful English tasty, but it far exceeded our expectations. we were greeted by paul who owns the teeroom together with his wife lynne and immediately we knew that it will be a good visit because he was open and friendly and we really felt welcome and for me the first interaction set up the ton of the whole visit in every facility. the style and decor of the tee room was beautiful and all added to a beautiful relaxed atmosphere. we had decided before going that we would treat ourselves to a stack of English classics, a full English breakfast, but the me...

What a lovely little place. We sat outside with our dog. I had quiche Lorraine and the salad was honestly the best I have ever had. My husband had the Full English Breakfast which he said was delicious. Our dog had a doggie sausage. Scone with jam and clotted cream to follow and a piece of coffee and walnut cake to take home. The owner was very attentive, and we hope to find the time to go back before we leave the area. Highly recommended.

My partner and I visited yesterday afternoon and were made very welcome by Paul. We enjoyed a selection of cakes, quiche and sausage rolls. My partner is vegetarian and was very well catered for. All the delicious items on the menu are made in-house by Lynne, who we had the pleasure of meeting. This little ‘English Tea Room’ is well worth a visit and it won’t be long before we return to sample more from their brilliant menu.

Home from home which was a treat good old English breakfast! Cheese and caramelised onion quiche was delicious. Lemon cheese cake and meringues were washed down nicely with an iced coffee. Paul, the owner is friendly and attentive and takes time to talk a very relaxed and welcoming tearoom. Book a table now

We've been to Paul and Lynn's tearoom in Chabanais several times and always have a delicious lunch. So we took our friends there today that are over for a visit from the UK they all thoroughly enjoyed their meals. Would definitely recommend!
