this high quality resto is located behind the augsburg main railway station (banhof) and has been around 10 years in a art deco (1920) beautiful building. it has many tables inside, a relatiw large garden with tables outside, plus another room with glass. dach and some 10 tables. eating is absolutely delicious, balanced, all high-quality ingredients and quite simple cooking. I ate here at the grindtec in augsburg. cozy little restaurant has been removed from the main roads. I was with a party of about 12 and most of the meals our table were classic Italian dinner with a German flare (standard page is kartoffels, although...pasta is always an option.) service was friendly and excellent- we were a big party, but never neglected. if they have a demand for Italian food while in augsburg they should check this place absolutely.
