On the plates we were able to test the duck nms as well as, as far as I'm concerned, beef tartar. beautiful presentation and with a lot of taste. for the second of the dish it was a crust fish of chorizo. very beautiful flat trim with taste quick service. for dessert we were allowed to tempt by the rum baba. there again a nicely copied plate with taste and flavor I loved. brief nothing yet once again we have been delighted I recommend of course 100%
