It's been more than a year since we hadn't come to the dacquoise villa. this time, family meals. as in previous times perfect individualized welcome with always smile a small word for children. On the plates we were able to test the duck nms as well as, as far as I'm concerned, beef tartar. beautiful presentation and with a lot of taste. for the second of the dish it was a crust fish of chorizo. very beautiful flat trim with taste quick service. for dessert we were allowed to tempt by the rum baba. there again a nicely copied plate with taste and flavor I loved. brief nothing yet once again we have been delighted I recommend of course 100%
small dinner in the head on the terrace. Very (too) copyy tapas plate with very good products (quality cutlery), for meat and fish dishes cooked to perfection. small flat for vegetables not cooked enough (too crunchy to my taste)... dessert, a tuerie (dacquoise pralined chocolate really excellent). The owner knows very well his products (including wines). However, there is a little expensive restaurant.
the only things we found well in this restaurant, are the setting and the professionalism of the waiters!!! has almost 90 € to two, without wine, just the "cocktail house" (not terrible), 1 single coffee and 1 dessert, it is expensive, much too expensive, especially since there is no flavor in the dishes .... 23 € a vulgaire brochette of 3 pcs
This restaurant is a bit excited about the city center of dax and it allows angers in calm. the local has a fairly classical decoration or a little demoded but welcoming. The staff is very kind and professional. The kitchen is good with good quality but no surprise products. It's not a modern kitchen it's still very classic.

It was a work meal. we had pre-ordered our meal. It was perfect. The dishes are tasteful (price based on shrimp, cute net and dessert cakes). good value for money. welcome.
