Both Judy and I love Italian food. We liked Joe and his staff at the Slidell location in Love. He always comes to the table to say hello, what's going on a long way in my book. The food is always consistent and very tasteful with a good portion size. Price is very reasonable and it is nice to know that you can still go to a beautiful place and everyone has a gut, a few glasses of wine or beer and then we split a dessert. The costs are in the 50-55.00 range... this is hard to beat in today's economy. Now they have a second location in Long Beach that we went 6 times... same results.excellent..and Pauly leads this place that is a little closer to home. Great place.. this keeps us back.
Wonderful dining experience! The service was great and the food was even better. We started with fried calamari and homemade bread. We had chicken Parmesan and eggplant Parmesan as a main course. We ended with coffee and tiramisu and a complementary limoncello! I strongly recommend the restaurant. The owner came out to great the guests. I'll definitely be back.
The food and service at this restaurant were both outstanding. My only complaint is that it is not located in Biloxi. I will definitely be returning and recommending it to everyone, as I work in a customer-facing role and am frequently asked for restaurant recommendations. Joe's will be high on my list of suggestions.
Wonderful food, great waiting staff. The owner is a super nice man. I would highly recommend this place. The filled mushrooms are delicious. The chicken fettling Alfredo is so good. The prices are good. This is REAL Italian food. When they play Dean Martin, you're in a great restaurant like Joe's.
