Welcome kindly and graciously by one of the principals of establishment with which a spontaneous relationship has drowned, on the basis of jokes, exchange of information and confidences. The menu, wisely advised by our host, was also up to date. As a result, we had a delicious moment and we promised to return to the first opportunity.
super restaurant with a great cook and super waiter being super nice I love to eat at the Provencal vault because I know I'm going to eat quality. small advice for children take a chicken burger it is not delicious and not very large. but there is not only the burgers who are good the rest is also and in ollioules it is the best restaurant so don't hesitate to eat at the provencal vault. good appetite
When we eat pasta with pistou, we expect to have in the plate quite a basilic see a basil pesto with homemade ingredients.Particularly I prepare my pasta with basil in a different way. First, tagliatelles are the pasta that best accommodates pesto in any kind. The roasted camembert is quite small in the end we expect much better, it is for sale hoping that the replacements will do better
What a gachi !ne doesn't even answer the phone, after dozens of attempts... you have to move to book! the very medium dishes, nothing Provencal, nothing home, and the service especially long and despicable, it would seem that this restaurant bears witness to a great disdain for its clientele ! it spoils the so friendly setting of this placette ! lively a change of proprietary !

We were visiting the city, and we stopped without that little restaurant. We eat well, even if the wait is a little long. the choice of dishes in the menu, are not terrible for me. The à la carte dishes are not given, but as is good, the addiction is not too painful.
we went there following the advice of tripadvisor, we ate correctly, the products are fresh and the location very nice. Now there is nothing exceptional, very simple and not sought after kitchen. surprised by some opinions.
