I arrived at the restaurant with a large order, unaware that I needed to pre-order because there was no website or phone number provided. I wasn't in a rush, so I didn't mind waiting. However, I was surprised when the hot fillings were prepared for my order only to be told that another customer had arrived and didn't want to wait in line. After 15 minutes of waiting, I was informed that my order could not be completed and I was turned away. As a customer, I am disappointed by this experience and will not be returning to this restaurant.
