Last Saturday a guest at the fondue stall. The ambience is very nice and worth a visit. Some of the staff on site were unfriendly, unmotivated and intrusive. Especially a foreign lady who didn't understand much and made a very unfriendly impression that's just not possible! For a 4 star hotel I expect friendliness and trained staff who know how to deal with guests.
Best hotel in LAAX, direct underground access to the lift, service is amazing, staff is great and friendly, room super clean and cozy. Ski room with lockers for the skis. Amazing breakfast.
Perfect location. Rooms very spacious, but unfortunately because of our small dog we were given an ancient room that smelled really bad... A no go for CHF 400 a night.
Great hotel in a top winter sports area. The excellent cuisine is particularly noteworthy. Won't be my last visit.
