I made a reservation and arrived at the restaurant, only to find it closed. I'm not sure if this is the restaurant's fault for being open, but if a restaurant is closed, they shouldn't allow reservations to be made.

I made a reservation, but when I arrived, the restaurant was closed. I'm not sure if this is the restaurant's issue or OpenTable's, but if a restaurant is closed, there shouldn't be an option to make a reservation.

Unfortunately, the restaurant wasn't open on the date and time for which I made a reservation through this platform. They really shouldn't be listed on days when they're closed.
