Oh no! We had high hopes for this restaurant but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. After only a few minutes, we were already considering finding another place to eat. Despite trying to tough it out, things did not improve. The drinks were lacking in quality, so we ended up switching to beer and wine. The food was also a letdown, especially when we were told that the kitchen couldn't cook our steak tips medium-rare as requested. Overall, we were not impressed and would not recommend this restaurant.
Me and my husband had our 25th anniversary renewal party here October 8th. We absolutely loved it here! Damien and chef Donald made our event so special. The food and service was awesome! ! The room was breath taken when we walked in!! I would recommend this venue to anyone having a party! !! Thankyou to all the staff! !
I visited this restaurant for the first time and really enjoyed the atmosphere. We were seated at a large round table that made it feel like we had our own private space. The food was delicious and our waitress provided excellent service. We will definitely be returning in the future.
Loud atmosphere, food was ok, but portions were unbalanced. I ordered the salmon and received a 4 to 5 oz portion. Alot restaurants do this, you'll be able to get a 12oz steak, but the healthier fish is only 6 oz. I don't understand or like it.

We had dinner on the outdoor patio. Our waitress was excellent, the music was diverse, and the drinks were affordable. The food was tasty, with unique combinations like BBQ jambalaya and chimichurri fries, all served hot and promptly.
Had a fantastic meal at Ladder! The wings and the burgers were great! Definitely recommend the Buffalo Garlic Parm sauce for the wings. Great drinks and prompt and friendly service. I will definitely be back!
First time there for date night. Had giant pretzel, hot wings and chicken parm sliders. And margaritas pitcher. All was good and so tasty. Will go again for sure.
Got there and were seated at our reserve time. Good choice of beer but a Broader beer selection would be nice Food quality and portions was perfect.
