What a great discovery, just 2 blocks away from the to tourist frenzy of Colmar's historic district. Had a fabulous lunch of farfarel (spelling? pasta (flat wide noodles with chorizo and mushroom sauce and grated cheese. Added 2 small green salads and total only €24. Plenty of food to share for 2 hungry adults. Probably the best pasta ever. Added some wonderful Italian wines at only about €4 per glass. Super friendly and knowledgeable bartender and serving staff. All the clientele appears to be local residents and business people. Not a tourist in sight (except for us two . A genuine Italian restaurant. It made our day.
My fiance and I were only in Colmar for a few short nights checking out the Christmas markets. We just about had our fill of French and German food by this point so I was desperately trying to seek out another cuisine type. Our tour guide from that day booked us a table at Adriatico restaurant and we were happy he did! Delicious pasta tortellini and spaghetti carbonara. Reservations recommended as we got there right at 7 and there was hardly any tables left.
We visited the place with our little ones and all of us were very positively surprised with the quality of food! We had a very tasty pizza and pasta, service was quick and nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this place if you get tired of Flammkuchen and the likes, most of them low quality local dishes (restaurants in the city center are too touristic and offer very average food)
My wife and another couple and I had supper here tonight and it was very good. The pasta was fresh, the pizza was tasty, and the service was fine, although a bit slow. We enjoyed dessert as well and left pleased with our meal. We only called for a reservation 1/2 hour before we arrived and they were happy to take it.

After dozens of times in this restaurant, I think my opinion is rather objective. food is excellent (graces, meats, pizza, fish., . we feel that our dishes are made in the hands of people who really master Italian cuisine. Generally, the staff is rather friendly, and the waiting is correct.
Nice basic food with good portions, and good value for money. Friendly staff. Good outdoor atmosphere. All was fine
