I have never left a restaurant before, but my girlfriend and I decided to walk out this time. We sat down and ordered coffee, and after waiting for 20 minutes, we asked the woman who served us the coffee if she could find our waitress. Another 30 minutes passed with no sign of our waitress. We even noticed her attending to tables right next to us, where customers arrived long after us. We tried to get her attention twice, but she completely ignored us. I don't consider myself an entitled person; I understand that places can get busy, but we felt completely overlooked.
Omelets are your best bet here and they make them fast. 5 egg omelet is a nice size to fill you up. Chili is ok. They don't have lemons so they will give you lemon juice instead. Steak and eggs, the steak needs more seasoning. Nice menu options for paleo diet. Typical diner with a few booths and outdoor covered patio seating. Attentive service. One of these days I will try the 10 egg omelet. They will only accept cash so be prepared.
We absolutely adore Lady Di's! The food and the staff are incredible. It's the best diner I've ever visited. My mom and I took our exchange students from Italy, Spain, South Korea, and Senegal there, and they were amazed by the delicious food and the friendly staff. Lady Di's is definitely our go-to spot for breakfast whenever we're in the St. Charles area!
Best Breakfast I've had in a while! I got the country fried steak, amazing. My husband got the slider, he loved it! The people were super nice, and the service was great! They were super busy, and still we didn't have to wait long for food. They were on it! Book a table now
I absolutely love this place. Yummy food, cheap prices. The only issue is limited hours. It's hard to find time to go now that school is back in session. Thank you all there! The only place I'll eat gravy that isn't mine!

This diner is the best around; they treat you like family! I love the pork steak specials — they just need to offer them more often.
