I gave five stars to our last passage. Recently attracted to the frog menu, we were able to notice the change of cottot and service. disappointed by the frogs (dust??? and burnt roestis (even at home, I wouldn't have served them), I decline from a star only the previous note, not to penalize them too much. Too bad, this restaurant was part of my trio of bison restaurants.
The welcome is very warm and smiling. The restaurant's decoration is pretty nice. The products are local. fondues are well served and are excellent. small flat for the Citoise pan: the mortal sausage was only a small model.
Oh, good. fondues are top. choose your own wine in the well-stocked cellar. The chef comes to introduce you to her kitchen and we see she likes her work.
