I had a great experience at this restaurant with delicious food and reasonable prices for the area. I visited on a Thursday evening around 5 PM. The service was swift, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I ordered a roasted pork plate that came with rice, beans, and a side of yellow plantains, or 'amarillos' as they’re known. Everything tasted fantastic, and the total came to about $10, which included a canned drink.
The food was excellent! I placed my order online, and when I arrived, it was ready for me. I didn't have to wait in line to pick it up. I informed the cashier that I had ordered online, and she promptly served me. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and the salmon with rice and beans was outstanding. I was very satisfied!
I used to work here years ago and absolutely love their food and desserts. I highly recommend the flan! If they have sweet potato yams on the buffet table, definitely try them—they're so good! Try to avoid peak hours if you can, as it tends to get really busy. It's a great spot for LGA workers to grab delicious food!
If you happen to be at the airport, I highly recommend taking a 20-minute stroll to La Guardia Cafe—it's definitely worth the trip if you have the time. I enjoyed the best Cubano and Chicken Quesadilla I've ever had. The authentic Spanish cuisine is a favorite among the locals. I’ll definitely return! Book a table now
The food was absolutely amazing! We enjoyed beef empanadas, mofongo, tres leches, and sampled all the different juices they offered. Everything we tasted was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I'm really glad we arrived at the airport early and had some time to spare!
Hello everyone! As a Dominican, I have to say that this place is fantastic! The authenticity really brings back memories of my grandmother's cooking. The spices, the flavor of the beans, the meat, and the rice are all perfectly cooked. They also serve empanadas, which are a must-try!
We expected the restaurant to only offer coffee and a slice of New York cheesecake, but the cheesecake truly exceeded our expectations. The service was quick and friendly. I would definitely recommend this café!
