delicious, honest kitchen of the type that served us was very nice, friendly and polite a small, family-run, certainly not a grills restaurant; if they don't get over that, they'll go somewhere else, but they'll be missing for good food. yesterday fought with some kumpels for the first time. would have cooked the charcoal canvas tikka lamm with a garlic naan for dying-for, really good meerte on the lamb. mates had the methi chicken, Karahai chicken chest. all superb many thanks for a nice meal and a friendly setting and thanks for the chili sauce to take away! I gave 5stars because you deserved it, stop the hard work!
Tuesday late lunch with a friend, no problem finding a table. The food and service is still the best! The mixed kebabs with lamb, chicken tikka, seekh kebab, and grilled lamb chops is still more than enough to share among two, plus utterly fantastic and tasty. We did follow with a lamb karahi, which came with the meat falling away, and a perfect consistency of rich tomato and beautifully spiced gravy. Soaked all these up with the usual high quality fresh tandoori roti. Satisfied and replete! And all at an extremely affordable cost. Well done guys, keep it up.
We had campany Christmas lunch here. They have a lot of space but lack of stuff. One server for over 70 people the whole upper floor. That was mad. No one serving the water or drinks. No one cares for ordering. No service. We arrived 1pm and the food arrives 100 minutes later. I wasn’t hungry anymore by the time I got the food (14:40). The good thing is the price is reasonable. Almost all dishes are £12. And the taste is not bad. I had Maya which is lamb feet curry pretty tender.
one of our Go-to-Indian takeaways, we must try to eat there next time. eating is fresh and spicy, feels really homemade (very oily though.) we had the saagic goat lamb, saag aloo, karahi huhn and chana. all were excellent and I would have them again. Book a table now
the best place of all time! 3 different members of the staff who fulfill our needs. eat quickly. it was just delicious. very good prices and I have even offered the official bonnet/has. we often go back and we highly recommend. a great place!
I have visited this restaurant numerous times. The staff is extremely friendly. Everything on the menu tastes delicious, especially the Lamb Chops, which are the highlight. The prices are very reasonable and the portion sizes are generous.
A unique experience. The food was very good, and the menu is very varied. Customer service, very good too. The kitchen equipment 10/10. A whole surprise in the neighborhood.
