Our family placed a large order late at night, and Shai Lun handled it perfectly, delivering everything on time while maintaining excellent quality! Everyone loved their meals, but I was especially impressed with my S22 - General Tso's Tofu and crab, as well as the 10-piece Crab Rangoon. My girlfriend has a gluten allergy, and they were kind enough to adjust one of the dishes for her by preparing the house special, Bean Curd with Home Sauce, using a white sauce instead. We will definitely be ordering from Shai Lun again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone in the area!
I'm fairly new to the area and love Chinese food and I've tried a couple of places but this place far exceeds my expectations. Delivery was great, food was hot I ordered pu ou platter for two when it's only me because I wanted a taste the different things that they have and then save of course the rest for today. Everything was great I have nothing bad to say I'm now having the egg drop soup which is the best egg drop soup I've ever had! And look forward to dinner..
Terrible customer service. I placed and order and called 45 minutes after not getting my delivery and the person answered the phone saying he just left and hung up on me. Going on 50 minutes now.
The spare ribs were top-notch, earning an A+, and the sesame seed chicken was incredibly tasty. Overall, everything I’ve tried so far has been amazing, and I absolutely love it!
