L'aigle D'or - Table reservation

A regula stop for us en route to Italy. There has been an impressive refurb since our last visit and public areas lighter, brighter and very nice. Rooms are well equipped and good value. The restaurant has always been fantastic, but the chef has changed and it is not quite as good as it was (although still good). Food is less classical and superb presentation is counterbalanced with portions on the small side. Hope they will find the right balance. The owners are lovely people.

We were welcomed by Myriam Marck and given a nice table on the outside terrace. We went away from the busy wine route to enjoy a quiet, light meal in a green country setting. This Michelin-recommended place served us a nicely presented and tasty meal and the service by Myriam and her staff was impeccable.

Went here during a stay in the Alsace. Hidden but nice restaurant with terrace under trees. Friendly and nice service especially younger lady. Food was very good, tasty, and well presented. Nice place to go to discover as it is not really a village you easily go to.

Charming place, off the beaten track. Fortunately I had phoned and made a reservation for Sunday lunch. The restaurant was packed but the staff served everyone efficiently with a smile! We had the Gourmet Menu what fun all top quality dishes. Loved it all.

Very clean hotel, pretty large rooms, exceptional friendly and engaged management. The meals are wonderfull. The cook is a master of his art. I only can recommand this very nice place also for cycling, snow sports or hiking
