3rd time we go to Lait Thym Sel and 3rd time we are dazzled by the exceptional quality of the dishes. Visually and gustatively it's very high level. Maison Gasparine is a beautiful discovery and a wonderful idea! We love Lait Thym Sel but we have been seduced by this new formula! Les brioches sont copieuses mais surtout taseuses
A calm and serene atmosphere, top dishes, all copied, accompanied by good wines... It was a great time, thanks to the chef and his team (in kitchen and in the room)!
