I wandered in before 6am craving something I couldn't remember the name of. The people working there were super friendly. They patiently helped me figure out that it was a German Chocolate Knot that I was thinking of. At my request, they also gave me a few more recommendations — all of which were delicious! We have always loved LaMar's Donuts. They are the best. You get your money's worth. Our favorites are the unfilled chocolate long johns, the twist and the glaze. The staff are really professional and courtesy. The service is good and fast.
Highly recommended! This is always my first stop whenever we visit Kansas City. I can't figure out how they make these donuts so incredibly fluffy! There’s nothing else like them! Delicious!
Very poor customer service. The woman behind the counter chose to wait on folks who just walked in the door while my kids i had been waiting. She made actually pointed past us to her.

The staff member was young, patient, kind, friendly, and professional. The donuts were excellent as well! I hadn't visited in years, and I believe I'll be returning soon.
I give it five stars for flavor, even though it cost twenty dollars for two donuts and two coffees.
Plenty of donuts at 6 a.m. We was helped promptly. Bavarian Long Johns are my favorite.
