Unfortunately, my most recent visit left a lot to be desired. Skewers are no longer ordered individually, with minimum orders of 3-5 sticks per item required per order. To our disappointment, it meant we could only order 2 items (lamb and tendon) off the menu as we had just eaten a hearty lunch elsewhere.

My solitary experience of this outlet certainly won't have me 'cumin' back for more. The Lamb skewers that I purchased were burnt. Not singed or charred, burnt. To add insult to injury the pieces of lamb were about 80% fat. Legitimately so little actual meat was consumed on the visit that I wept on the inside. The reason this receives a 1.5 (and not a one) is because the masks used by worker's and the open plan of the tiny little outlet are endearing.

Authentic lamb skewers cooked over charcoal with the signature cumin and chilli spice mix... I grew up eating this from street stalls run by Uighurs. The flavour is quite authentic and 5 for $8 is good value. Satisfying snack when I get the craving!

First time tasted Lamb & Cumin, the taste and smell is so smokey along with the strong smell of cumin.
The flavours of both lamb and chicken skewers are not that bad.
