service lamentable: our table reserved in the morning had been assigned to others (without a word of excuse from the boss, error on the order of entry (between 2 choices, for 7 people, it was quite simple...; we take the order of the dishes (choice between 2 dishes of the day but shortly after the waitress returns to tell us that the tajine of chicken would be replaced by a tab, okay; at the moment of serving surprise: only picking up desserts, it's still rolling, then the boss (ah so he was there pitifully to say that fresh cheese was no longer available... ok we cancel desserts! All without a single smile, not the least, both waitress and the boss. An old-fashioned address, now to flee abs...
Great weekend! Hotel well located at the motorway exit (practical) and very well soundproofed (no noise from the outside and no noise inside) which allows for a good rest. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant, both excellent. The team is very friendly and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Looking forward to coming back this summer to enjoy the terrace, the swimming pool and the pétanque court. Apparently the hotel was taken over recently. Well done ! We had a very good family stay at this hotel. Located close to the highway, access is easy, the rooms are well soundproofed and clean. Dinner and breakfast were plentiful, cooked with fresh produce. Special mention for the team, very pleasant and attentive.
