We tested the experience of the menu (menu 6 courses) the chef offers a blind discovery of his dishes according to the fresh products of the day very beautiful idea. quality product work with an air-time presentation. my personal return of this experience on the meal is that there are many products that work on natural and lack of crunch, animal proteins in the main course is a pity. There's too much purée, mousse, cream, nuts on a tasting menu and not enough texture game, it's really a shame.

Too bad not to be able to go there the weekend (with a gift card) Refined meal. Very good. Concerning the wines, the red we were served, a bottle of balsamic vacqueyras. No excuse from the waiter after we notice. We were used another glass of Bordeaux (fresh). Very disappointing, we expected the price better! Book a table now
