After making a good trip to the city to find a restaurant other than a brewery, our choice focused on the Amphitryon and its menu "return of the rooms" at 30€. Ceviche, almost veal, financial or ice (excellent sorbet ananas basilic). More elaborate menus are offered at 52€, 71€ and 93€ The level is gastronomic with a classic service of good quality. Two remarks: -the cup of champagne at 14€ and the white wine with glass must be served fresher. - The financial man was mellow. A good address to remember!
We enjoyed ourselves, a more than excellent meal, advised by a conscious and friendly hotel master with two young interns familiar with the service. We were happy to meet the conductor (of the orchestra) with whom we were able to exchange a few words. We highly recommend this address. Thank you very much for your welcome. An irreproachable reception and service. Your table is garnished with refined limougeaude porcelain. As with the chef's cuisine: traveling among exquisite flavours, sublimated and associated with originality and refinement. Excellent wine map. A moment of real happiness.
Nice taste experience. Everything was perfect except perhaps the room temperature... The chef who comes to the room at the end of the dinner is also appreciable, not doing it on Limoges. Renewal.
