Excellent reception. To begin with, our choice was on the cocktail at the citrus fruit of the house which was very fresh. The appetizers were wanted and very good. The mouth was very tasteful and delicious. Field bread, cereals and onions/citron were offered. I tasted the three and they were all very good. My favorite was that with lemon onions that was original. In the entrance, the foie gras was good, very well presented and of sufficient quantity but I was disappointed by its quality, I expected it to be better and I found that the pepper jelly of Espelette denaturated it. We started on the discovery menu... So many dishes, but so much! But it was so good! Don't fall into the trap of you goinfring delicious breads that are offered in abundance, with the menu discovered at 75 dishes, it is impossible to combine the bread and finish its dishes! The service is warm, golden, so pleasant. The manager is of such kindness, she exchanges and discusses with customers, a few moments, and makes us share her passion of the place. Not to mention the final, the dessert: the egg, the chef's specialty, which was simply divine!
Luncheon meal for about 35€ in formula or flat menu dessert, fine and gourmet cuisine. Ambiance between bistro and gastro, a place with a lot of identity. Desserts are good and searched however small flat if you take the window the one that was taken missed a bit of freshness and crispy. The day before? Very good service, top bread and on-site sale.
The restaurant part evolved from the starred restaurant before but remained well presented and sought. The dishes are excellent, with ingredients that blend well together and highlight the different flavors of a quality cuisine. The service is more casual and user-friendly. We'll go back without hesitation.

Evening, at dinner tonight, congruous portions with 1 toast per person accompanying the cocktail and an unhappy redt net in the main dish, certainly it's good but the value for money is not there! Excessive rates not justified by service in the room, even if the place is very pleasant.
We leave this restaurant and it was simply delicious! The welcome, the service and the kitchen .. from the entrance to the dessert, everything was delicious! We'll be back! Thanks to the whole team
Arrived at 12:40 inlet served at 13:20, slow but correct service. Nice staff but a certain lack of organisation in the service 3 different people worked. On the other hand, remarkable cuisine.
I can only warmly recommend the restaurant Roses and orties, which is undoubtedly one of my favorite addresses in the pink city. Chief Yannick Delpech keeps surpriseing us.
