Wir stießen zufällig auf dieses Restaurant, als wir eine Besichtigungstour durchs Erdinger Hinterland machten. Wir wollten dort spontan zum Abendessen, was aber wg. Überfüllung nicht möglich war. So haben wir unseren Besuch ca. ein halbes Jahr aus Anlass einer Geburtstagsfeier aus der Runde nachgeholt und haben es nicht bereut. Die Speisekarte ist klein, aber fein und man sollte jedenfalls etwas für alle Geschmäcker finden. Die Bier- und Weinauswahl ist sehr gut und insgesamt hat das Restaurant eine angenehme Atmosphäre. The Landgasthof Forster is a small, idyllic restaurant in the middle of a small Upper Bavarian village between Erding and villages. It is not a typical host house, as it is here in almost any place one, but already something special with a raised kitchen. The guests are not on the go, but who is here has planned this and reserved accordingly. This is recommended on weekends due to the few places. Wir gehen hier öfters hin und ich habe auch schon mal eine Bewertung geschreiben. Wir waren Sylvester 2015 mit Freunden zum Sylvestermenu und Familie Forster hat sich mal wieder selber übertroffen. Man sitzt ort einfach an so einem Abend sehr gemütlich und in einer völlig ungezwungenen Atmosphäre. Jeder einzelnen Gang sorgfälig abgestimmt auf das Gesamtmenu, leicht und bekömmlich, harmonsich zusammengestellt und bestens gewürzt, passt einfach! Großes Kompliment an Küche und Service!
