located in the quiet part of rumbeck, we like the house or the facility also from outside. more friendly, though somewhat stiff, service. the drinks came quickly. beautiful wine selection. the beer could be a little colder (wurde said!) suppen very tasty, the terrine a lot already a bit off. hirschragout delicate but (subjectiw) somewhat flat in taste, red cabbage delicious. I found the court too expensive. rumpsteak with bratkartoffel was very good medium roasted, fried: good bourgeois kitchen
ostermontag, on the way back to the lowlands and on the look for a restaurant to dinner. we stumbled to arnsberg, Germany, and found this quite interesting restaurant, the farm hoffmann. the place was quite full, but a young waiter led us into another room that had no guests yet, which was perfect for us. there was a pretty good choice and was not disappointed by the quality and the use of apparently local German products
very good eating to proper trips. nix for the small purse, but really delicious. the staff is very friendly and attentive. the rooms are carefully renovated and very clean. not huge, but completely sufficient. to hot water comes from the shower takes a little longer than usual, but it would be awkward at a high level.

a typical landgasthof. here the chef cooks himself. there are many things from their own slaughter. there was something for everyone. everything was tasty and the portions good for getting fed. if we are close again, we would definitely stop there to eat again.
