We made a reservation on Saturday so that we were guaranteed a place (highly recommended) Warm welcome, friendly accompaniment to the table, very accommodating. Immediately asked if you wanted an aperitif, the menu was brought straight away, a pleasant atmosphere. The greeting from the kitchen a poem The starter was excellent, not only to the palate but also to the eye, beautiful and delicate, perfect couldn't be better. Then came the main courses. I asked for half a portion, no problem at all. The Thai menu is visually beautifully presented and tastes so good and the portion is generous. We went to a dinner date at the Landgasthof Krone in Möhlin last night. The atmosphere was wonderful and we received a very warm welcome. The two waiters who brought us the food and drinks were extremely friendly and made you feel comfortable. We took the 3-course menu for CHF 70 and were not disappointed. The food was excellent! It was also nice that many of the ingredients came from the region. Regional meat and vegetables and even the wine came from the neighboring village of Zeiningen. It was a very beautiful evening. Highly Recommended. We will go there again.

The regional is emphasized and we think the wines from Wunderlin are great, as well as those from Mathier. Unfortunately, the rest of Switzerland is represented below average. A little more courage could be shown with the wine list. There is a lot of room for improvement here.
5 lunch menus to choose from including soup of the day and salad for chf 20-chf 25. Good portions, great quality and selection, excellent taste. Very friendly and attentive service and nice atmosphere. In summer there is a really nice terrace with a pond and turtles. In winter the winter garden-like “Sonnenstübli”. We always enjoy coming, the price-performance ratio is perfect!
