General The Gasthaus Bürgerholz is an old, semi-concrete house in the Salzwedel district. In grey autumn weather, the outdoor facilities were somewhat down. The interiors were refurbished with attention to detail and comfortably discreetly decorated. We were with a larger company of about 30 people, including children there.
