Landhaus Carstens - Table reservation

If we could, we would forgive much more than the possible 5 stars. The "Flucht" from the Christmas box led us more accidentally into this wonderful restaurant. Despite the early arrival in our table reservation, we were warmly and welcoming welcomed. The cosy ambience and the friendly ladies of the service have immediately positively impressed. The food came fast and was of unsurpassed quality. We haven't eaten so exquisite in any restaurant yet, which will definitely make us another visit to this restaurant and actually let the connected hotel book. Definitely recommended and a fantastic time out.

The service was friendly and helpful. The food was very tasty and well served. There are two parts to the restaurant, the more formal side and the more of a pub restaurant side, we hadn't booked, so got the slightly more downmarket area. This wasn't a problem, but there is very limited space around the table, which makes it a little more difficult to get in and out.Definitely reserve ahead, as this place was busssyyyy and I could see why, after we'd been served!

I had salad and a schnitzel and they were top drawer. The wine was also very good.The service was excellent and very professional. The pub on the premises is closed on Sunday and Monday and was not well visited despite the football being shown - also the bar keeper was not there all the time as he has shared duties - this does not seem to matter to most.

High standards throughout with good ambiance. Beautiful building. Dined here a number of times and is consistently excellent. Staff have consistently offered attentive and very respectful service.

This is a place for leasurely lunch or dinner. The embience is one of comfort. The Menue is extensive and you need time to enjoy your selection
