Had booked a room for a wedding in October, it was also promised a lot. A wedding should be one of the most beautiful days. When we came into the room there were still buckets in the room because the roof was leaking to catch the water. The service didn't get to serve the guests at the table. Guests picked up their drinks themselves, not to mention that the empty plates could finally be removed. The service was simply a disaster. One had complained to the boss and one got the answer they now get the best service as with untrained staff.
